SCWIS,
I looked for WinAmp Radio Scheduler 2.07 on Google today and came across the following:
I can't vouch for it, haven't tried it, but it may be the missing plug-in that you are looking for.
If you do try it and it is the real deal, let us know. Also if it is, you may want to post it on Part15.us so it doesn't get lost again.

On my MRAM WebPage click on the ZaraRadio link where you will find a link to the BSI time/temp download. You'll have to change the file names to work with the ZaraRadio syntax.
Well, finally got them renamed. They really need the "It's XX" read as part of the recording, but hey it's a start.
As soon as I get some time as the winter kicks in I'll record them all and post a link for everyone.
Yes, if you have the patience to record all of those files and include the intro and/or exit phrases they come off much smoother.
I use their temperature files which are preceeded by the 'The temperature is' file and followed by 'degrees' file but I recorded the time in my own voice.
I recorded 'The time is' as a separate file and play that in front of each time file. I also recorded the 'on the hour' files to take advantage of that ability. The nice thing about that is you can change the intro/exit phrases for more variety.
When I get the time, I'd like to record the temp and humidity files also.
