KDXradio.com, the Official Website of KDX Worldround Radio, has long operated as a veritable theme park for the part 15 low-power radio hobby always in conjunction with part15.org, formerly known as part15.us. The relationship was especially helpful during the period while part15.org was out-of-service and my Blog provided an interim 'port in the storm'. We now arrive at a new time with Part15.org back in service and resuming its place as the hub of low power hobbycasting in the world thanks to the good work of Artisan Radio and Moderator Mark.
Excited that Part15.org is running strong, KDXradio.com is ceasing its function as a part15 promoter and plans to operate solely as a standalone web presence for Independent KDX Worldround Radio. Our group of part15 contributors will be notified to submit their announcements directly to Part15.org.
Along with all this our textual media channel, 'The Blare Blog', has been closed. After years of compiling a massive archive of wordy blogs, I have declared the project "complete"; I am blogged out.
But I'm not going away. In fact I plan to hang out here at Part15.org where I'll give Artisan and Mark some real moderation challenges.
For the past few years, Carl's Blare Blog has been a beacon of light in the darkness surrounding this endeavor we call Part 15 broadcasting.
His extensive experience, alternative viewpoints and even more importantly, humor, have stood out in an online world of overly moderated, ego driven and biased Forums.
Thank you Carl.
I'm glad you're going to be here for the foreseeable future, giving us the benefit of your knowledge (and potentially giving the Moderators headaches).
Glad to hear Carl. Your input has been of help to us. Thank you.
