I actually made this video for affiliates of the polka show -- a couple had asked for photos of my setup, and it's a lot easier to post one video than pictures, at least for me ๐
I realized I had posted this to a group on Facebook, but never here.
So what was supposed to be a quick video turned out to be 10 minutes. So, if you'd like to sit through it it's here:

Thanks Tim for posting.
I had watched this on youtube a few days ago I believe. Nice studio!!!
Just finished watching. Excellent and impressive,
Super setup, Tim!!!:)
The Inovonics 531N is to DIE for! It's on my list for ".....NEXT time...."!! Running a TFT 844 now...
REALLY GREAT to see someone who appreciates " back in the day....."! Dual/Sherwood/Akai/Stanton, etc. -- STILL looking and sounding SUPER!
RE: your Sage EAS.....those little NOAA weather radios work really well for me...I have 2 Midland WR300's monitoring EAS Primary and Secondary (FM) stations for a TFT EAS 911...not too fancy.....but they get the job done!!;)
Thanks for taking the time to do the video!
I would like to see Tim repost the video of his Procaster Installation. Pretty Please!
LOL. You're the second person who has asked about the video showing the Procaster. I never took it down, it's been on YouTube for over two years now. Biggest thing you'll notice is in the much shorter studio tour, the studio has more crap in it, more equipment in it, the little couch is gone and, yeah, it's just fuller. LOL. Anyway the video is still where it was at:
Worth noting that that attic window is on the third floor. And those gas pumps down on the corner? I have a spot marked near them that is exactly 30 meters from my antenna. I take regular field strength readings there to keep tabs on any variations in signal strength. (The gas station hasn't been open for several years).

Very good, Tim.
To calibrate us, what is the usual value of the field strength from your Procaster setup that you have measured at that location?
I actually made a comment on a thread
that is not as current as this one - by mistake.
It's the: "Studio Tour - For the really bored or
curious..." As of now, 1/13/17 8:30 EST, it's
under "Active Forum Topics." I'm confused.
Do you have one video
that is fairly new and one that is a little older?
I haven't been able to go back yet and figure that
out. It is really nice though.
And kudos to "Part 15 Engineer" for his really
great pictures of his station.

Exactly. The video that opens with me in the attic window showing the Procaster is over two years old. The one that opens with me in the studio was done right around this past Christmas (about a month ago). I originally posted the recent video as a couple affiliates of my polka show had asked about seeing some pictures, and shooting the video was easier. The other one from a couple years ago was for folks who had asked to see my Procaster installation.
The procaster has remained exactly the same since the day I went on the air (now over three years ago!) but as you can see the studio has grown quite a bit!
