Ok, I did it again.. Didn't ask permission, and not trying to be spiteful, but I've already used direct copy of content portions from past post here on part15.us. It is all however credited with direct links back to from the post it had originated from..
It just not entirely clear to me what the intent of the above quote found on the bottom of every page here.. Nor is it clear to me if what I have done would be considered as a blatent disrepect.. which it certainly isn't intended as such. It just that usually it's a spare of the moment thing, and to have to stop to ask for permission everytime neccessay source, kind of just spoils the moment and flow..
Anyway, where it ended up..

Just my unqualified opinon: As long as you give credit to Part15 dot us, I see no problem.
It is common proctice for publications and web sites to copyright content and it is also standard practice to use such content in other places under the fair use doctrine. Though there is a legal definition of fair use it is generally proper if attribution is given to the source and the content is not copied in its entirity. This is my personal understanding of the subject and is not necessarily the policy of this site.
One purpose of the copyright is to prevent misuse of content such as mining complete threads and publishing them on another site (this has happened).
Fair use or not, your use of content from here in your article resulted in a very fine explanation of the history of Part 15 regulation. It is a great read.
