To all I just wanted to say Hello....I am doing ....to BRY.."I have not forgotten...."

I have been very busy with AM 1610..I have decided to make a big move..I now have a sponsor and thanks to that sponsor I will be moving the station to downtown Albany...in a historical landmark...called The Flinn's Block...in The Mezzanine where people can see the dj's..like in the Old Days....I have worked at KAAR 1480 that was in a shopping mall....in the 80's before it left the air....I decided to re-create that...and years ago KISN 910 in Portland was like that...from 1959-77...

Now they are planning to have a broadcast booth at a local 50's diner..they just moved from 97.1 to their old spot on the dial at 910

So I will have the studio there and Production and Sales at my home...

I have added vintage equipment to have that feel.....

I decided with some encouragement from my sponsor to make this move..

I hired an engineer to install the trasmitter equipment on the roof...about 50-60' above the ground...the highest building in Downtown Albany...I will plan to add transmitters around town....the ONLY flack I got is from KGAL that has a remote studio there...and after doing some tests with a Radio Engineer there will be NO interference....the owner of KGAL called me up and said I will interfere with his STL at 900 Mhz and his reception of his 1580 signal...even their engineer had problems.....well after checking and doing studies....

There will be none..I have taken steps to do so...and after speaking with the owner of the building I have every right to be there...so apparently KGAL feel that I will be a problem...and feel I should keep at home....

The funny thing there is that another station has a system up there..I wrote a complaint to The FCC Vancouver Washington's field office and the engineer about KGAL and harrasment...and they said there should be be no problem...

I have had much support...except from KGAL...I say bring it on....I may be small but...do not corner me...I have every right to be there and pay my rent...I know their "engineer" is on this board and has a site on this board...so I basically told them to back off.....funny they are they are the ONLY one in town that is threatened by my presence...what ever....

Let's play....and the weird thing is that through the vine...they are telling pretty much anyone that I will cause problems and interference...this I found out through the owner of the building...

So after some grilling form their engineer...I told him basically...if you were an engineer you should know your facts and lay off....
