Would like to find a thiiv5 and external atu.
I would either need to make payments or a trade as I am on a fixed income.

Looking to add one to my certified tx collection
I have a hybrid coupler available it connects to a desk set between base and handset and your mixer and allows you to patch calls on to air and works with both PBX and SLT phones.
it's an excalibur hc-1 coupler
it's in great working condition.
do telco remotes patch callers on the air, etc.

no one interested in obtaining a phone patch? these are difficult and expensive to come by.
