This computer that I post on is a Dell XPS400 with Windows 7 Sp1 slated for a Windows 10 update upon release, I have that GET Windows 10 Icon in my system tray and already reserved my option to get the download when it is released.
I have the Insider Preview of Windows 10 installed on a laptop, so I've been messing with it all along.
Still getting updates, but now they are optional software ones, seems for now the critical ones have stopped coming, but I won't hold my breath.
I know you all can't wait for my re-launch, but it won't be WXTZ, I have a new set I plan on using.
Bruce.
I also plan on publishing both videos and photos of my studio, I don't give a toot if Hobby wants to download those, I'll simply put a copyright on them and also put a hidden watermark on them so my layers can really raise some hell with some thieves I know. LOL they'll leave me alone sooner or later, but this time they will be in the spot light NOT me. Kid you not!
Plus part 15 has nothing to do with an Internet Stream.

Well some great news.
It took me forever to get to this point because before I wiped my hard drive I forgot to save my .lst file for Zara Radio, so of course, once I was done transferring all those tunes back onto the hard drive, I had to one by one add all 3191 songs back into Zara's play list.
Took me 3 days to accomplish this.
Okay stared Zara and started BUTT, I had to enter the volume control's properties and tick the correct control and the volume bars of BUTT started responding to the music.
So it turns out BUTT is working thus far.
I just have to figure out the correct information for my server and enter it into BUTT.
What is stopping me from going any further is music licensing. I'm not covered for an on line stream.
I still have station promos to do and figuring out how I'm going to feed the computer from the audio processing equipment. Point I am making is if I ever feed an AM transmitter, I'll need to figure out a suitable way to slit the audio output of my DSP1424P to feed a computer's line in jack and an AM transmitter at the same time.
I'm really not happy with the C-Quam AM stereo transmitter being in a plastic case and the stereo audio inputs being in the front of this cabinet. I'd prefer them in the back and I'd really like to transfer it to an aluminum or metal case.
I've seen some decent 1U cases on line that are often used for broadcast transmitter cases, but drilling the holes for what I'd like to do without a decent drill press is going to be a real challenge. I'd like to add a stereo LED bar meter I pulled out of a stereo VCR to the front of it, but have no clue how I would accomplish a 3 inch wide by 1 inch high hole in the face plate of a metal or aluminum case for such a meter, but it would look cool if I was able to do that.
I know doing this type of project with a hand drill, would result in a hacked up mess!
It's been a long, long night for me, adding song after song into Zara Radio's play list, but I got it done.
Bruce.
MrBruce I have taken some metal cutting/drilling projects to a local metal working shop that was nearby. That worked great!
Carl I am not sure if I'll be able to find someone local, but I have a feeling, once I pick out a case that best fits my needs and decide if I am going to add any type of audio processing to the finished product, I'll mark off the areas that need work and send it to someone who can do it right. I really think that is the best option. Perhaps, I'll send it your way and have you bring it to your person and have the case drilled and holed. Of course I'll make it worth your time if I do.
I do have a few on line site where I've bookmarked a few cases I like, they have a power switch in the front and a power receptacle in the rear of the cabinet for adding an AC to DC power supply inside the case. I have some internal well regulated power supplies that I am looking at on another site. If I have time later, maybe I'll post a few links to the merchandise I have in mind.
I think you'd all be impressed with the finished product, it will look a lot like those part 73 AM stereo transmitters when I'm done with it! Eye candy!

Playing vinyl records on air? That's all I have been doing for the last years.
My metal working experience was in the 1970s.
I knew a guy who had a small engineering firm and he made some amazing preceision pieces for some cassette duplicating equipment, but when his business partner died he closed shop and retired.
Another very talented guy opened a shop and I gave him several jobs but he closed because he wasn't getting enough business.
The world of 2015 is completely different and I don't know any metal workers.
