Just like Brooce MICRO 1690/1700 who has an indefinite number of station call letters and names, I am a slogan maniac.
My more stately slogan is KDX "The Talking Point," but I have some sarcastic ones as well, such as KDX "The Official Radio Station of the New World Order" and "The Free Speech Zone."
Tonight I wonder if "The Dreem Streem" might be good for the Icecast and Shoutcast stations.
What is your slogan?
MRAM 1500, More Radio And Music!
Radio 199, where the music is fine.
Rob Veld
Nice.
1. Break FREE of the shackles of Top40 and Rap!
2. If Top 40 bores you, We will Rock you we're A-1 Audio Legacy FM also known as The Legacy.
3. Bringing True Album Rock back to the masses We're A-1 Audio Legacy FM also known as 96.3 The Legacy.
4. My ID which is a Gun shot and a angry growl voice "True Album Rock Here on The Legacy". I sort of got that idea from and old ID from WIOT years ago. I used Screaming Bee's voice changer for that one a long time ago.
5. Flying space ship with a changed voice "Your Rockin with The Legacy".
This one might be good for either the ALPB or even Part15(dot)US:
"Everything You Ever Wondered About Low Power Radio But Were Too Weak To Ask"
I love that one Carl.
My original Part 15 station in
1969-1970 was called WBVR.
For Buena Vista Radio. Buena
Vista was the golf course that
was behind some houses across
the street.
I had a QSL card that said Tiny-Giant
on it, which many years later I don't
really care for. That QSL card was made
very badly, with pen and magic marker.
A picture of that card is somewhere on
the web - I'll have to find it.
My old MICRO 1690 or MICRO 1700 stations
were also caled DOGRADIO, because 2 dogs
lived in the same room. It was hard to
announce (I never did anything live, but
I had a lot of goofy announcements that
went out over the automation system.)
The dogs barked as dogs do - yeah - it
was hard to record.
Sometimes I relay Carl's KDX station on
1590 AM. Carl and I came up with the
callsign just TODAY - which is - WLP.
For low power. There isn't really a
slogan, though.
It's on 1590 because I have radios that
don't go up to 1700. Also, there was
a station here n CT that went dark -
but it was on 1590.

TCIDMC
This Computer Is Driving Me Crazy
KDX has begun identifying as WLP AM 1590 Hartford, Connecticut.
Whole new complexity in identification.
Are you the station you are?
Or, are you the station you are carried by?
When carried by several stations are you one station or more?
Day was when this was called "radio network" then along came the term "syndicated," which was somewhat clouded by the notion of a "criminal syndicate," whatever that was.
An identification is a claim. You claim to be so-and-so, while your radio station claims to be such-and-such, and other versions of you are who-and-whom.
The imagination is a powerful tool, so we think.
Is thinking then nothing more than imagining?
Who are you to judge?

Here's the MRAM 1500 qsl card showing the original Cuyahoga Falls which will become visible again in about 3 years when the lower dam is removed.
Hope the Falls are able to continuously Fall.
Brooce, DOGRADIO
Also to Carl - a little earlier this
evening I heard the WLP, Hartford 1590
come out of 3 different radios placed around
my house, originating in your studio.
That was awsome, too!
Brooce, WLP
A few of many for me....
"from do-wop to disco, the big hits and the not so big hits on oldies WMRK"
"the hit parade remembered on 90.7 FM"
"Don't like what you hear on those other stations...this your real alternative 90.7 oldies WMRK"
"I'm rockin' herb taking you on an oldies cruise back in time, 90.7FM"
"taking you back to the days of innocence and fun, 50s 60s and 70s memories"
Mark
but were afraid to ask.
Carl, you're a genius

I've only gotten to Carl's post.
