hmm, well i did just build the "$12 PLL" and it works on my freq, but theres also another signal at 1240 thats about as strong, if not stronger than the one on 1640. this is similar to whats happening to the ss-tran, only the sstran has no signal where i want it whatsoever. perhaps this is an issue with my chips? idk
