He has had problems with the FCC and the law in the past. He used to post about corruption problems in Jasper, Alabama where he previously ran a radio station.
Either he is a great crusader against corruption or a perennial trouble maker. Trying to come to the proper conclusion by looking at what's on the web will drive you nuts.
