After many years, I have re-discovered a great little company with an amazing line of electronic products. I have use Radio Design Lab's products for a long time to resurrect old tube type equipment from the radio station bone pile. RDL has a long list of products. Here a just a few that might be useful:
-phone equipment
-mix-minus
-hum loop isolators
-balanced to unbalanced/unbalanced to balanced converters

Finally, I don't work for these folks and don't get paid for talking nice about them. However, their products are unique and extremely useful when trying to iron out audio and control problems at our stations. I can't speak for anyone else, but I am always looking for new and better fixes to the challenges of broadcasting. Take a look at their website and see what you think.
The site also has a list of dealers selling the gear across the U.S. and overseas.
