I vote in all elections except municipal elections because here(Canada) the local voters list is where they pick for jury duty and I can't vote without being on a list.
Also, as we know, governments are controlled by big money and corporations to a large extent and the average person in some cases says what's the use.
A downside to democrocy and the system.
A man comes along, and says he'd do something about that(Bernie Sanders) and maybe if all the people that don't vote came out in great numbers maybe there would be some change.
But you can argue that not voting is also an opinion under free speech.
