I still have a new, mono Decade MS-100 for sale. It was a backup to my production one, and never used (they just don't break - the original is still going strong). It is trimmed for Canadian FM unlicensed operation, but it can easily be adjusted for U.S. rules. It comes in its original box with the original instructions.
Make me an offer if you're interested - I'd rather sell it rather than move it.
