Logging in to Forum at thealpb.com I posted a link to the WARD 15 Program 3 audiofile available to Part 15 radio stations.

Thank you for the clarification. I have never tried the ALPB Forum section here at part15(dot)us.
I'll go do that now.

Minutes later, I am back to report that YES I was able to post a test message at the ALPB Forum here on this site.
