Less known is that back in 1990 Carl Blare seceded from the United States and declared the Nation State of Heaven, fully surrounded on all sides by the U.S. We even send them foreign aid in the form of real estate tax and they pick up our trash. The only reason the army hasn't been sent to reclaim our country is because they haven't heard about it. Although the FCC has no jurisdiction here, we have yet to establish border treaties governing spectrum use between countries, and their so-called "part 15 rules" serve our purposes very well, even though we are officially exempt from those rules. Our bigger worry is that visiting girl friends crossing the border might be viewed as human traffic. Keep this on the low down for now, but look into starting your own radio nation.
