I have an EDM-10 that I used for a while. I was quite disappointed with the audio,it would crash through the pilot way too easily and sound crappy. It is also has 10 mw of rf output which will easily exceed the FCC limits and is not certified. I now use a certified C.Crane which sounds wonderful but has a short range. I use the SStran AMT3000 on AM...and a home brew transmitter on 13.560

I don't have any information about this unit but it has been discussed here before. Try the search function on the left of this page and you will probably hit some good posts about this.
Go slowly as you get into FM operation and do your research. Here's a link to another board where I posted about the topic of part 15 FM in general. This developed into a really good discussion of the topic. What I tried to do was to present a realistic review of the subject from a legal perspective. You may do what you wish but my intent was to provide information to consider regarding FM. Hope it is helpful.
