Anyway, it looks interesting, but I think I'm missing the gist of it..
You can insert an 8 second station ID. It fires every 60 minutes as ABN uses tones to start it's shows. This cool application will hear that tone and instead of hearing ABN it will start YOUR station ID. There is a version for MACS and Windows.

I browsed through the website, it's only a few pages.. but what jumped out at me the most was their expenses and donations.. wtf?? Looks extreme for a part 15 operation:
