I own and operate Radio Amber (I'm the funny accent guy to..lol). Since some of you foks use the system I wanted to let you know we are implementing a new system so alerts can be received on a geographic per state basis. This is in part to encourage more am/fm stations to utilize the system. It also helps us comply with the standards set up by the government. We had a hacker some months back that destroyed our database and all the members info. If you use the system I encourage you to join or rejoin the site and be an active member. This way you receive the emails when an alert is issued. We are constantly seeking volunteers to monitor and record alerts if anyone is interested. More info can be found in our members forums.
