Saturday, Meeting Day, is the Summer Solstice, the Longest Day of the Year.
Bob Felmy, Chairman, announced on a nearby thread the good news that his town has been granted call letters for the LPFM station he is building, with an air date expected in August.
Worldround Radio, the All SSTran Station run by Carl Blare, turned 7 this month.
We will celebrate any new members who joins us!
With the Meeting just 20-minutes away, The Internet Building in the Center of North America is experienced a serious wind storm.
If the power goes out or I decide to go offline for safety I may be absent from the Meeting.
Despite the raging storm surrounding KDX Worldround Radio located in the Internet Building in the center of North America, The ASSOCIATION of LOW POWER BROADCASTERS braved the situation to complete their meeting.
Opening with Roll Call and quickly working through old and new business, the meeting was completed in record time so that all might safely retreat.
