My Mozilla Thunderbird E-mail Program is broken, and there are two things I'm most concerned about as I repair it.
My collection of past e-mails is important because there are business matters still in progress, and I can't do anything without those messages. But the way in which e-mail programs save e-mails seems hidden and I have no idea where they are stored. Is there a file name or some other way of locating and backing up e-mail archives?
My Address Book is important, because I don't have any other record of everybody's e-mail addresses and even if I use a round-about way of sending an e-mail, I have no address to send it to. Where is that file located and can it be saved?
There are always geniuses around, that's how people who don't know how manage to get by.
Thanks for your help.
I advise you to have a drink.
All right, that's taken care of.
