About the Loaded Vertical for SSTRAN
When I mentioned to a chief engineer friend of mine that I plan to eventually build and install the recommended coil-loaded vertical antenna for my AM station...

... he said the audio band width might suffer. I then told him that I planned to also add a capacity hat to the top of the antenna. He then said the hat should stretch the band width back out.
