and thanks for posting the link. I have seen Poptronics scans before but they were less than 50% complete. This one looks pretty good.
I bought these monthly at our local restaurant which had a magazine rack. When they stopped selling them I subscribed for a couple of years. I let my subscription lapse and recall getting a long distance call from Pueblo, CO urging me to reup. This was a big deal back then long distance was costly and I had to be really important to get such a call. Despite several of these calls I didn't renew since I was leaving home for college.
The Carl and Jerry stories were one of my favorite parts of this magazine.
