Yeah, but you need to actually read it. It only applies to those illegally providing streaming to customers on a commercial basis. e.g. your company or provider is providing illegally obtain streamed product to your customers who you are charging money to watch the streams. it's for commercial, business violators. Not people who are watching streams illegally.
Not as exciting once you read it all. It's like if your cable company procured a channel without authorization and provided it to their customers.
