Though it's still not clear to me what an "Ai Microphone" is, thought it worth mentioning one is coming out:
Meet the World’s First AI-Powered Hybrid Microphone With This New Creator-Friendly Audio System
https://nofilmschool.com/maono-pd500w-ai-powered-hybrid-microphone
... one way to get people excited is to give it a boost with an “AI-powered” tag and voila—you got yourself a new product. ... Maono’s new PD500W is being billed as the world’s first AI-powered hybrid microphone. ... The pitch for the new Maono PD500W traces the lineage of audio recording back to its earliest days, which unarguably has needs that have changed over the past hundreds of years. . ... offers a mix of wireless recording capabilities, USB-C simplicity (always nice), XLR flexibility for higher-end work, built-in recording protection, and a new generation of AI-powered workflow tools.... highlights include 147dB Max SPL, 48kHz/24-bit sampling rate, and a workable cardioid polar pattern. ...... to launch on Kickstarter soon, with early-bird rewards starting at $359. But AI powered?
I don't think you can take that literally as it needs "regular" battery or USB power to operate.
Maybe AI is in it's operation somehow but this wasn't explained from the bit I could see.
Off topic from microphones but still in line of new AI implementation, this one's a bit more negative;
"... A newly filed lawsuit at the Sacramento, California, federal court says that gas station operators are using Kalibrate’s AI tool, which uses data from nearby competing gas stations, to drive up prices by as much as 30 cents a gallon in some areas, reports Reuters.
On Monday, gas station operators including BP, Circle K, Marathon Petroleum, 7-Eleven, Walmart, and Albertsons were named as defendents in the headlining class action, alongside Kalibrate. By implementing the AI-driven price-optimizing tool, these operators have allegedly violated the Cartwright Act, California’s main antitrust law, as well as Assembly Bill 325. The latter is a California law that was put in place at the start of 2026 to crack down on algorithmic price fixing. An open-and-shut case, then?...."

If you can't access the article try the second link for more info if interested, it leads to their kick starter page. Myself, I so rarely use a microphone that I would never pay $300+ for one anyway, I just thought it curious that something such as an Ai microphone exist.
