Add a Recent Threads section?

I'd just about wager a bet that the majority, as do I, enter through that same side door (as it were) 

@artisan-radio Hey Artisian, can you get rid of the Recent Topics feed? Now it looks like I'm the sole person posting.

Looks like the all Rich Powers posts all the time... 😆 😆 

There wasn't too much feedback, but I did move the Topic Tags to the bottom, and reduced the number of tags immediately show by a bit (you can still see all of them with the View All Tags link).

I'll leave the Recent Posts and Recent Topics to 5 each.  Those numbers can always be changed later.
