Imagine coming from a ship at sea, a “radio ship” in constant motion, from the oceans of the world. This could be beautifully dramatized with sound effects. As the on-air host you would “navigate” by keeping your Atlas open so you could map the days route and estimate port arrivals later in the week.
Maybe you would be outside of the international 3-mile boundary and travel beyond the jurisdiction of Part 15?

It’s 200 miles from the coast lines on either side of the continent, and from any coasts of islands or territory.
Well considering they just passed the National Defense Act which effectively turns this entire nation into a battlefield, I would not put it past the potential that those 200 mile imaginary borders out there in the seas are going to stop a military ship, or Coast Guard ship from sailing right up alongside and throwing tow ropes over to board your vessel and begin their stint.
The actions outside of the FCC and Part 15 by our government will no doubt affect everything within, and outside of the “borders”.
Keep in mind…the New Whirl Odor goal is to eliminate these imaginary border lines completely..everywhere. There is no such thing as a one world society sporting borders separating that one world society.
I would be cautious about programing and the lack of regulation of it. It is regulated, just lightly. But when the media produces two versions of a news story, and a print media prints two covers for their international magazine…we get the “sugar coated” version and the rest of the world gets the REAL story…wouldn’t that be a form of regulating programs?
I think it does.
So regulation of programing IS indeed there. It’s just in a lighter form…right now. But as fast as everything else is changing…and those changes seem to focus on taking away from us and giving to them..well you have to stop and consider many things before taking that leap of faith that you will never be targeted simply because of flea power or 219 rules or interpretation of words in a document the source cant, or wont even clarify..all of which comes from the very same controlling source.

What I Meant…
I was talking about an “imaginary” or “staged” or “radio drama” portrayal of “being at sea.” The idea that it could be made to sound real is a testimony to the power of radio’s persuasive capability combined with listener imagination.
Floating in “international waters” of course was an absurd suggestion, but you may have noticed that not only the world, but also life itself, tend to be absurd.
Anyone who disagrees with me will be put overboard.
