You just click on one of their templates then upload pictures and enter the text and it does the rest. They offer a download, but I didn’t try it, just did this with their online app http://www.photofunia.com/ I just thought it was cute

By the way, I seem to remember
something about little tiny unlicensed
radio stations in Japan (?) from 10 or 20
years ago. I guess the regs there didn’t
allow much, but in Japan (?) there were “Part 15”
radio stations in parades and conventions, or
something like that. And it was done up in a
big way with a lot of fanfare. The stations were
temporary – operating just for the time of the
event and that’s all. And I think for each particular
station – there were radios put all over the place.
Also, meaning – there was more than one station
in the event.(?) Maybe it was a competition of some
kind? I don’t know. Does anybody else remember this?
I don’t even know where I heard about it…
