I have started a group to work on generating a Rule Making petition to remove the restrictions on grounding that are contained in section 15.219.
I am looking for people who are willing to contribute their time, talents, and perhaps money to assist in this effort.
People with expertise or connections in the following areas are especially needed:
Engineering
Legal and regulatory matters
Media and publicity
Political and regulatory advocacy
Drafting and editing
I could do this myself, but it won’t be effective unless we get some support behind it. That’s why I’m looking for qualified people to join in this effort.

the FCC hates congressional interaction of any kind.
get some senators involved in the petition it’s a guaranteed to become a regulation.
the fcc is scared sh#$less of congress.
