A part 15 radio station is a free speech tool, whether the owner chooses to speak or simply present music and information. Doing free speech takes some planning to know what will be said, and sometimes this is influenced by current news.
I just saw a poll over on a news site which shows more people would prefer Charlie Sheen as president than either Palin or Obama.
Then for some reason I remembered the old Batman TV show and the Batman movies, with characters like The Joker and The Penguin, and everything sort of melded together.
