    Almost a year away
    Carl,

    I appreciate your enthusiasm, but it has NOT opened. It won’t open for almost a year, if it stays stable. Check the date … October 2013.

      Thank you Ken Norris for waving in front of my blinkers to call attention to the specifics of the coming LPFM window.

      Here is my re-draft:

      A specific date has been announced for the opening of the LPFM window, so that groups planning to develop new stations can schedule their preparation.

    6000+
    Don’t forget about the current 6000 plus applications sitting collecting dust for the last 10 years for translators and booster stations and LPFM’s. Those are going to get first shots at the auctions of available spectrum.

    Rest assured those auctions are not going to be nickle and dime bids.

    Start saving your pennies.
