In LPH No. 31 we describe participation by KDX in Jazz Fest 2012 from WWOZ New Orleans;

Free Talk Live, the Nationally syndicated talk show mentions the part 15 topic;

Again Keith Perron from PCJ Media has plenty to share with his Ballad of Rupert Murdock, a Media Network Plus interview with the author of several books on shortwave and an update on Keith’s own 20kW SW transmitter;

Progressive Radio reports that land lines may become a thing of the past;

Media Minutes, the weekly news program, is pulling the plug after 250 episodes;

Flash Frisbone lives on.

Many stories waiting to be covered, stay tuned for LPH No. 32.

    Quality Upgrade
    At the suggestion of RFB the audio quality of the LPH has been boosted from 56kbps to 128kbps, and after a few days of conversion all 31 programs have been enhanced. The program is mastered in the WAV format, therefore the upgrade was uniform for all shows.

    The upgraded program file titles contain the number “128”

    Example: lph2_128_V1.mp3

    The “V1” of “V2” indicates the version number. At times programs undergo corrections or small changes, in which case a new version is released.
