Of particular interest is a case against Jerry and Deborah Stevens in Austin, Texas, for operation on 90.1. It so happens they are owners of Rule of Law Radio Network, a free program source I’ve mentioned before. Tonight’s subject on The Rule of Law Radio Show was all about micro-radio and detailed a legal position they believe is correct, by which the (Federal) FCC has no jurisdiction over INTRA-state broadcasting when the signal does not cross state borders. One Exception
Oh, there’s ONE lone AM action for 2009, the year nearly over, and that is Ken Cartwright’s situation on 1620. That is really bad luck. It has the earmarks of his being targeted. Public service work is now suspicious activity.
