@carl-blare Your blog has the advantage of being able to express yourself as there's no third party rules or regulations. It's your own platform. You own it. You don't have to apologize for your opinions on your own forum. I wondered why a blog has no provision for counter opinions or discussion. But then it would be a forum, not a blog.
@mark On the main hand, Mark, your description of 'What is a Blog' is totally true and fair but I would add this...
Why would I want to openly and publicly declare my opinions and beliefs for the world to know? We are living in a time when the folks who do not like what you say are apt to become deadly enemies and use their own mechanisms and techniques to eradicate and attack you. The other people, the ones who think the same way I do already agree with me so I don't need to post blogs in agreement with them.
People of hate have organizations, have infiltrated governmental bodies, and a few have whole countries. They actively apply weed killer to their critics. Sometimes paranoia is 'well informed'.
