What traffic/weather on the XX's do you think is best?
I was just thinking, I have heard WNEW the new DC news station down here do it on the 1's, which I think is the worst because its so close to top and bottom of hour where stations usually do a newscast right after the ID.
Maybe there should be traffic on the 0's, or traffic on the 1 and a 1/2s?
Or no traffic at all.
I don't enjoy traffic at all, so I just don't listen.
Maybe we should do air traffic on the 9's, or constant traffic stations. Are there such stations?

I go for years between listening to radio stations stronger than 1kW, but this morning I stopped at 1120, KMOX, St. Louis, 50kW, and they had a huge traffic presentation kind of like an MGM movie in wide screen. It started by describing an accident on a main highway, which was backed up all the way to Chicago, then they started mentioning "alternate routes," and they also were backed up forever. By the end of the report it turned out there was no better road anywhere.
