"Farewell Address to WHAR Listeners
I would like to address the matter that arose during the last show which I was a part of...
During a segment of the show, the name of a new Mayor was given to me by A-Train as "Kenny" to which I then make a reference to the popular comedy show 'South Park' by saying that if he got assassinated, I wondered if the media would announce it as "OH MY GOD THEY KILLED KENNY!" A few moments later, a person connected with WHAR burst into the studio shouting over the airwaves, the mic was live and hot at the time, calling me stupid and that I should watch what i was saying.
It is clear that this person, a senior member of the WHAR staff, doesn't want me to be on "his" station any more so I left the broadcast and have retired from all radio activities concerned with the station.
Over the last few years, it has been an honour to have been a part of the station and to guide A-Train onto higher standards for the show including differing types of music as well as impersonating world leaders for fake "live interviews".
I wish A-Train all the best in the future with WHAR and hope he can make a career out of his passion

Well Rob got very mad that the senior member (my dad) yelled at him and called him an idiot loser so Rob quit. The mic was still on when he ran up stairs to our studio and told him to shut up so he heard it.
Oh damn. Parents can sue kill a Radio station. My Stepmom doesn't really unerstand Radio and why I ask for donations or mention them. Wnen I tried to explain why she just thought I'm begging for money. Seems if you want to run your station at your parents house (Even temporarary) you best make sure you have your mic OFF when your done announcing. I had some close calls as I'm making the move to Deltaville, VA. So Yes I have to watch all the time to make sure she isn't near the station if I ask for donations lol. Never had an issue where she was heard over the air, but you have to be on guard.
