THII-MB V2.0 No Audio/modulation

One of the projects I have planned for early next year is a complete tear down and re-build of my Harris STX-1C. It was the exciter used by KKNS AM 1310 back in the hey day after Harris stopped producing their system and went C-QUAM with all their exciters.

I am just going to clean my unit up, get all of the edge connector contacts nice and shiny, replace any out of tolerance parts such as caps and inductors and pots, recalibrate and put that puppy into my TX rack and that will become my CC system's backup TX...though I have 3 other LPB transmitters all equipped with either a CCuff or APSISYS exciter.
