Talking House ATU - You rarely see these on ebay and retail for $295 - $495. These are definitely not worth the price the manufacturer charges but they do work and definitely increase your range. The manufacturer puts them in a cheap plastic box which the cover snapped off the first time I opened it. Still seals good and should be fine in the weather. May want to doctor it up or transfer to a better case. It receives a standard CB whip antenna.
I have secured a FCC NCE license for our community so I will not have time for Hobby Broadcasting anymore 🙂

I was not aware that the antenna range extender worked on the TH 4.3 tx's. I thought they were 'made' to work only with the 5.0's. If they do indeed work I'd be interested. I sent a question to you via ebay.

But the ATU WILL work on any Talking House.
It's working fine on my TH II...
