This is my first post to the forum, although I enjoy reading each and every post made.
I'm wondering if SSTran is still in business, on vacation, or just operating normally. I made a purchase last Monday, the eleventh of August, of the AMT 5000 kit. I paid for the transaction using BillMeLater. Since the purchase, the transaction is listed as "pending." I'm used to getting faster turnaround time when making internet purchases. I've sent two emails to them inquiring about the state of my purchase, but nothing has been received back.
Does anyone know what the status of SSTran might be? Or is this just normal for them?

I'd say give it a wait, maybe they're on vacation or at a convention.
I've dealt with SS Tran since they started and have 100% satisfaction.
Believe me it will be worth the wait. The transmitters are perfect for Part 15.
I have two AMT3000s and one AMT5000, and plan soon to get a second 5000.

Thanks Carl for your response. I just got an email from Phil telling me that my order has been received and will ship tomorrow or Tuesday.
