I Guess this means the backups have been installed and the server is at it's new location?

Yes - it's restored.
Yes - the server has a new home.
Yes - HOLY COW is this new hosting site SLOW.
I think we are making plans (PLANNED) to move p15 to a fast spot.. this is just ridic...
