I need some help finding a FM tranmitter that has great quality, and does not leak into other frequences like I have heard this one does. I would also like a transmitter with good range (Under a mile) This transmitter looks the best to me and I would really apreciate anybodys imput. 🙂
You state that you are looking for a transmitter which doesn't leak into other frequencies like this one does yet you also say this transmitter looks the best... Seems like a contradiction.
The FM10, I believe, is tuned with a LC circuit which means it will drift over time. It will also not be easily set to the channel frequencies which can make reception with a digitally tuned receiver problematic.
In general, look for a crystal controlled synthesized transmitter. The Ramsey FM25 is one such unit.

Yes, I second the suggestion that Ramsey FM25B is the way to go.

Yes, definetly get your hands on a Ramsey FM 25 B , mine has been faithful to me for 5 years now.

Thank's for the quick reply, Sorry for the confusion. I ment was this was the best transmitter I could find in terms of range and quality. I think I might end up buying the FM25. From what everyone is telling me it seems to work very well.
