I found this really cool automation software called RadioDj. It is like sam but with out the internet broadcaster. It seems to work pretty good. And the best part of all it is free. The only thing you need is to have my MySQL database installed on your computer.

To download it click on Community. Then register for the forums. Once you have an account set up log in. Then go to Announcements. Then click on RadioDJ v0.1.5.8.
Depending on the type of audio packet stream in this program, it might be possible to "jack" together this system and the separate encoder package from Spacial Audio which includes a variety of encoder options. Other ShoutCast based programs like DRS2006 use the SA streaming engine and encoders for streaming.
