Just checking in with some quick quality programming updates that you could use.

The Voice of America has free programming. Check out their 15 minute features which go over US history and current events and even scientific programming. You might want to speed up the files though since they are broadcast in special english, ie slower than normal.

Their News Now is quality also.

I have been running Christian Science Monitor as well. They have some good stories usually.
