Pan Handling

The other day I saw a news story about a man charged with illegal pan handling, the begging for money on a public street.

Yet, because of the internet, we are being converted to a world of pan handlers. I see this in almost every website where podcasters, newscasters, broadcasters, even conventional newspapers are all begging for a handout to keep them afloat.

What I don't see are websites offering handouts to worthy applicants: "If your project is deemed worthwhile the Worldround Grant Institute will fund your endeavor."

Some people end up too poor to have a website.

Only the ALPB can save us now.
