My antenna folder contains some E-H literature, but your source looks fresh, so I will print and add it to the bunch.
Always interesting to see these novel antenna ideas.
I have been considering a disc-cone antenna, but that can wait for a different forum.
If nothing else, I like the way the E-H antenna looks in the 3-meter form.
