Another great show. TNX Tim. The Dade City locals love it. Standing out in the yard at 6pm local when the Sunday re-run started on WLSL-LP. I had a neighbor from PA listening and he said it reminded him of growing up at home. 🙂
John, I had considered running Tim's Oompah Hour on WCFI-LP and would love to do so. However the episodes I previewed mention sponsors in a commercial format.
I'm a little fuzzy on how strict the FCC is with their definition of a "call to action" regarding commercial announcements.

I had this checked out. The ads are for non-profit organizations and neither Tim or a LPFM profit in any way by the announcements. They sugest a donation but make no mention of actual $$ and there is no inducement as well. They do not sponsor Tim.
