Greetings to all stations! Oompah Hour #51 is waitin' for you!
At the usual link of course:
I don't know what got into the coffee this week, but there's a lot of strange things in this week's show including some vintage Stan Freberg commercials that promote radio -- the sort of thing you may want to edit out and save if you don't already have them
archived someplace. This week we also have three tunes played off 78's! Yup, not vinyl, but shellac! Did you know not all vinyl records are vinyl -- some are polycarbonate! And of course most shellac records aren't really shellac either. Oh well.
Thanks again for being part of the show -- next week makes it one year since the Ooompah Hour got started! Wow how time flies!
