In a word, yes. For over the air you need BMI.
For streaming you need everything, BMI, ASCAP, SESAC, plus SoundExchange. As you would with any music program.
For streaming you're best to hook up with someone like Stream Licensing, whose streaming agreement covers ALL the necessary licensing for streaming (none for over the air however). It if, of course, not a free service.
Even though many of the songs on my show are public domain, you'd still need to be covered for those that are not, and for streaming you have to pay SoundExchange as well for any songs streamed at ALL, unless you performed all the songs yourself!
