I think the forum server hiccuped last weekend (or is that weekend before last now?). I downloaded it direct from the Tim's site.. He probably can send you an archived copy.
Show #146 was uploaded on schedule and the affiliates on the email list got the usual notification, but I couldn't post it here -- the web site was inaccessible for a while on that Sunday. But it should be in the archive as usual on my server.
