As a Part 15 person you are already successful, yet may feel held back by the overwhelming amount of undone work piled around you like a cage.

Days go by as mortality taunts you from every corner, time gets wasted by episodes of Pokemon Go and hoping snack chips hold up until beer hour.

If I told you you could master your predicament in one hour, would you be willing to listen?

Let's begin by making a simple change in the way you process your surroundings. Instead of seeing years of undone work, realize that every bit of it is potential! Yes potential! If all this were brought under control and fully organized, imagine the life perfection you would gain. The more chaos you see, the more potential there is!

Now let's get busy. Pick one thing that needs doing. Yes, pick just one thing.

I happened to choose capacitors. Yes, all kinds of capacitors, disc, electrolytic, ceramic... I had them stashed all over the house in boxes, cans, envelopes and drawers. I rounded them all up and assigned a single plastic bag and box that will be marked "capacitors" and now they are all gathered and organized.

To reward yourself, take the rest of the day off and treat yourself to a casual saunter over at the mega hardware store and greet the hapless shoppers who are trying to get too much done all at once. Failures.

Tomorrow will be tie-wraps. Yes, tie wraps. They come with trash bags and plastic vegetable bags, and there are thousands of them tucked everywhere the same as the capacitors were.

They also can be gathered into a plastic bag and kept in a single marked box.

Just think. In only one month you will have organized thirty-one different categories of things at only one hour a day.

You'll be able to say, just like Trump, "I am very rich."

Once you get into the daily 1-hour routine let's add an extra minute.

Do you get those letters like I do that offer to buy your house "as-is"?

I certainly do.

Take a moment to neatly type a reply...

Dear Mister House Buyer:

I agree to sell you my house "as-is".

The non-negotiable price will be $10,000,000 cash only.

This house contains one of the only radio stations not swept up by a large corporation.

This is going well,

Sincerely,

Mister Carl Blare, author of "The Deal is No Art"
