I don't have a weekend schedule up yet, and I'm still seeking someone to do the overnights. Right now we're automating overnights and mid-days.
Other than that we're set...Celebrating two months on the air!
Who's running the station? I see you ahve many DJ names, but were did they come from since your listener base I'm going to assume is only a block or so?
We are in a pretty dense area, and about five of our hosts are vocietracked. The morning show is half-live, the midday show is currently automated, afternoons are voicetracked, nights are live (done by me), and overnights are automated. Weekends are pretty much live.
There you have it. We have a new website on the way. 🙂
Cool.. I'm looking at voicetracking a portion of my programming.. how are you doing it? Random phrases, or do you have things linked to songs?
I have rotations hooked up. I'm using the DIRETTORE automation (located at http://www.mixtime.com)
I have a folder with Random ones, Weather ones, "We'll be right back" ones, and more. I have it load seperate rotations when a different host is on. I have the rotation like this:

And it loops back around. Direttore is really easy once you work it for a while. I have the following airshifts voicetracked (Weekdays) and it works great:
Mid-Days (9-3)
Afternoons (3-7)
